im not on a cycle at the mo, havent been for a while, had 9 months off the gym battlin a coke addiction, now im back im gettin my strength back, but i cant do many reps, doesnt matter if i drop the weight a little or a lot, i just seize up! my shoulders and chest especially, the burnin is sometimes unbearable, ive tried to do high reps with a lower weight but that aint workin either, any advice???
 
just say your doing bench... dont do any weights..just the bar, or in that case use the machines with the cables. just takes time. u may want to post in the training forum for better answers

Start by adding potassium and glutamine to your supplement intake. Make sure you have water and multi vitamin/mineral intake on the level. A lot of time the lactic acid build up is caused by other factors, like a lack of proper supplementation.

ok, i heard salt and milk can add to the burnin, is this true? i dont add any salt but i drink gallons of milk, love the stuff.
 
btw...try a sodium bicarbonate also know as baking soda. 1 tsp. mixed in your drink before your workout might help.
