burger king vs. mcdonalds

i can house a few double hambergurs w/bacon from burger king and not swell up from the sodium. now if i have a double cheeburger from mcdonalds i swell the fuck up and feel like a water bag. is bk's healthier than mac?
 
i know for a 1$ who cares but and extra 50-60 cents for better food doesnt hurt either. i dunno mabey im too sensative to sodium
 
I would go with wendy's they have grade A burgers there, not nearly as much fat in their food. Wendy's chili and baked potato would be a good bulking choice
 
Be sure to take some MacLiquidDEX to avoid the hamburglermastia

I tried to do Mexican Quaterpounderol at about 750g/ED but after about 8 weeks i had to taper off, I had become HUGE and purple.

I am not sure if it was the Super-Size Esthers, so next cycle I am going with Q-rol and finish up with a TTTT(Triple Thick Shake Taper)
 
dude you are comparing fast food restaurants, who cares they are both unhealthy for you. eat the one that tastes better.
 
They both suck, and their burgers are loaded with sodium, saturated fats, e coli and god knows what else. Eat like a pig, look like a pig.
 
McDonalds, as well as other fast food companies destroy the world's rain forest to use as grazing lands for the livestock to be used for your... burgers.

If you must eat at a fast food restaurant, or just feel like doing so occasionally, don't eat at McDonald's or Burger King. Your best choice is Wendy's. Take a look at a nutrition guide at wendy's online website or when your in the restaurant, you'll be very suprised at how clean and not that bad for you some of their fast food items are. Two junior cheese or hamburgers make a great meal with fries and a drink. They are suprisingly somewhat healthy! But McD and Burger King's stuff is just horribly unhealthy.
 
I can't believe we are actually discussing this. Fast food is strictly for scheduled cheat days. If you use it for bulking don't bitch when you are fat, look like crap and have health problems later in life. Do you honestly believe you are going to make better gains by eating crap? There are actually alot of ingrediants in foods, such as fast food, that will REDUCE your gains as well as the effectively of your steroids. Clean, nutritious calories will always yield better gains.

Fast food should only be an occasional thing.......other than the sodium being pretty high, some of their sandwiches and medium fries are not that bad. Again, occasionally.....is the key!
 
Buy 6 hamburgers and throw the buns away. Eat the meat.

I was at the strip club the last couple nights and I was eating a double quatar pounder, fries, coke, and apple pie at 3am. But I hit 4Iu's of GH with each time. Looked tight and vascular in the morning.

Although, it is different using GH while bulking. Seems like you can never eat enough.

I think both are bad; I would only only touch that food if I was on the see-food diet. Otherwise, don't bother.

I've trained regularly with pros in the past and most of you have no idea. Most pros eat fast food at least once a day if not more. You put as much calories into your body as you can if you wanna grow. If your AAS's and supps are in order you won't turn into a blob even by eating this type of food. All you guys think you can be on a pre-contest diet year-round. Good luck making gains that way.
 
wendys 99 cent menu is my favorite.. 2 bacon cheesburgers and a frosty! wow, i dont even wanna know whats in them.
