hey krajicek, i had a good run yesterday. for various reasons, the longest run i had previously done was only ~4.4 miles. last night, i decided to extend that, and ended up running just over 6 miles on the track (exciting). started slowly and sped up gradually. was fairly easy, because my overall pace was still slow.

That's great! It's good that you are building up your endurance. Maybe someday I will kick your butt on the track!
 
are you running these days? what kind of workouts do you do (pace, distance, etc)? any speed work, hills, etc?

running consistently I am not.

I concentrate on strength training and I do the fun girlie gym thing:

aerobics instruction!!! Yippee! :leap:
