JC :heart: I have about 6 pairs, if not seven, of those pants alone b/c they were just too darm comfy :) Different colors & sizes (3 med & 3 xl) :D.. they each have a terry matching hoodie, one with long sleeves & others 3/4 length ;) You had the pleasure of seeing the pink ones in the before pic where I'm owning up the pillows .. looks like my pink bunny outfit :)

So what kind of pizza did you have Bunny? :) That southwestern one looked pretty good. :p One slice for me usually ends up with an empty box. Along with a glazed look in my eyes like "did eat all that?". Now I'm getting hungry. :)

That is exactly why I post basically everything & anything ... I guess the purpose of my log .. not the same for you ?

To keep track of what you're eating, when you ate it, why? Maybe to see what was going on at the time you a "X" food? (i.e. Emotional frame of mind, cheat meal, Aunt was in town, Special Occasion, Photo Shoot, Meetup,some goal deadline, as well as to keep honest? etc )

I was at a casino buffet last year and this guy who looked to be around 400 pounds went up to a fresh cake that they just put out, cut what I thought was to be his slice, but instead took the entire rest of the cake leaving that one piece. :)

Basically I post anything I put in my mouth & for the same reasons you do.

It's kind of funny to think that a year or so ago I didn't worry about what I ate nor did I track it in any way. I ate whenever I was hungry, sad, pissed, etc. etc. and now I track everything, weigh and/or measure just about everything and if it goes in my mouth it goes on fitday and get transferred to here.

FYI - I'm also not a 1 slice of pizza person. :p

I look like I live in the bat cave ... my mom will come over up the blinds, which span the length of my condo, to let the light in ... booo ... I can sleep all day ... It's beautiful out side .. I can not only do anything, i need to keep out of the sun & heat, so I have no qualms about hibernating all day .. I want to actually... How about you suga?

I eat alot of egg whites and I know it´s a chore but it helps when I am hungry...
I actually buy like 10 dozen eggs, and separate the egg whites in rubbermaid liter jugs, and keep them in the fridge. It may take like 20 minutes but then I am done for a few days. Hope it helps...saves $ and 100% natural. :qt:

Hope you finally got some :sleeping: How are you feeling - how's the appetite and are you experiencing any bloat? I had a tire of water around my midsection for the first week, post K.I, and felt very buoyant. Hope your case isn't as bad as that. :rose: :heart:

Hey Roony! Thank you for checking in :heart:. Since my log is like my diary, given that I keep to the truth, I’d be lying if I said I am not miserable. And this stems BEYOND the K.I. That was just the icing on the unwanted cake.

My appetite is voracious. After I dumped 14 lbs since last Tuesday (only after 2-3 days), and yes, I do feel bloated, but the recent pics in my sig from 06/03/06 will probably show otherwise to you gals/guys. I don’t feel half as good as some say I look, and I am NOT fishing for compliments… EVER.

I am strong, I will overcome … but I am not in denial that I am a wreck right now, which the K.I. only has a minor part in the reason … which are many.

Awww :rose: :heart::rose: :heart: The K.I in itself was no party for me and it took a while for all of it to get out of my system. BUT as you can see, it does all go away and I think I've come back stronger and better for it. And I'm sure with your strength, you will do even better than that. So stay strong and hang in there :bigkiss:

I will let you in on a little secret. I didn't eat too well during the 3 weeks after I was diagnosed and during this time, I also wasn't working out at all. Well, I didn't gain any weight or fat. I dunno why, but I was peeing like a fountain, so I think everything was just coming out of my body. So I wouldn't worry too too much about the voracious appetite. Just try to take care of your body's needs at this time and do what you can without fighting it too badly.

:FRlol: Awwww. I must say I am the only client that doesn't make a peep when she's working me over.. and I mean hard... Miss Katie has magic hands, I :heart: her.... OMG :rainbow:

She can not get over it either ... I didn't realizie it was that abnormal, but I just lay there and take it ... ;)

I only bought one for 90 minutes, but she can easily work on me for 3 hours at that intensity & I would be in heaven ... *chills* just thinking about it :D
