It's a holiday weekend ... so only 3 days Off work...

I got most of them done ... looks like I'm so to miss the gym again ... ARGH!!!!

My P's bought me a Bistro Set for my Balc... they're so cute My mom brought me veggies & puppy for a visit ... I love my parents...

Yeah I need to get my booty in gear and head on outta here (at the P's) so that I can still make it to the gym for round two and to the store for some food

believe it or not... they told me it was corgi chihua mix when i adopted it.. but the vet and my bro think its an italian greyhound (mini greyhound) then when she got tossed in doggy jail aka the pound they called her a whipit... so your guess is as good as mine

That's awesome!!! I got one other person on ginger now. lol I heard that Kevin Trudeau was supposed to be a scam. I heard that if you order the book nothing is in it that he mentions on T.V. You have to pay a fee to get onto his website to access the articles or something like that. I did get intrigued by the commercial though. Good marketing "Ya know what. The government doesn't want you to get healthy. Why? Because then all the prescription drug companies will go out of business."

Almost as convincing as Tony Little.

Oh and you should've shown the workers in the store your abs and asked them what you should take to get rid of all this fat. Just to mess with them.

Thank you msam ... Proves what patience, perseverance & being natural can do when you put your mind to it ... the process is what everyone wants to fast forward, however the journey is the most fulfilling part….although you may not see it at first … it is worth it … I am a new woman …

Totally understod, I didn't even look at him or his 'Agent' ... The guy at the front asked, I'm like Nope thanks, as you can see my natural remedies are doing just fine thanks ... yap yap yap
