I can't get rid of the last 10-15lbs, with eating right, gearing right, and training right.
I'm going to try a low carb/atkins/keto type diet. What I am wandering is if you guys increase the carbs that these diets suggest, when you are still working out hard. I suspect that these diets are not considering intense excercise. 20-40gm carbs a day for me seems very low.
I would love to see a sample diet too where protein is kept high.
