Bulking

I´ve just started bulking again and I wanted some advice and opinions. I´m 203lbs 6"2.

This is what I stuff into myself everyday

06:00am: 80gr oatmeal, 2bananas and a whey proteinshake

09:15am: 1cup of pasta with 6eggwhites

12:15pm: 1/2cup of rice 350-400gr beef

14:30pm: 2bananas and a can of tuna

before workout around 17:00pm: 1lbs potatoes and 1lbs pork.

after workout around 20:00pm 1cup of pasta 350-400gr of beef

before bedtime around 22:00pm: 6 eggwhites and a glass of orangejuice

trough the day I drink over a gallon of water.

Should I cut back on the food or raise the amount :sick:

Do you guys just stuff yourself full or are you worried about fat and count your calories?
 
For you a good amount of cals are about 4500.
However, you better read my post workout post as it needs some fine tuning.
 
what's w/ all the bannanas? Personally i have a slow metabolism and even like that while bulking I eat a hell of a lot more than you. If you want my opinion you aren't eating enough protein and you just aren't eating enough period. And when i mean protein i don't mean a whey shake that will leave your body in less than an hour, i mean real food.
 
I'll echo some info...
cut some of the bannanas out and put them pre and post workout, in order, to have maximum energy. You need to add a large protein shake (liquid, i.e. whey), with some HIGH-GI carbs...i.e. use the bannana or some carb powder or some honey.

Thank you for your replies. This is the second time I´m bulking and I thought I ate enough but I can see that you all want me to raise the food amount and so I´ll do. I have to dig deeper in my wallet..:rolleyes:
