I just took a look at your other pics and I have to say, you've definitely improved. You were anorexic skinny!! You look much healthier now. You've put on a good 10 pounds from what I read in your two threads. Not a bad start!! The only thing I can say is.. you obviously have a very fast metabolism. EAT, EAT, EAT, EAT, and EAT some more!! The more you eat the more you'll grow. Heavy compound lifts do a body good. You're on the right track, keep up the good work!!
p.s. you have a small waist and a long torso, like me... bring those lats up with some wide grip pulldowns, and you'll develop a wicked V-Taper!
