Stats are 185 lbs, 6'1 and BF is 12% I think?

I just took a look at your other pics and I have to say, you've definitely improved. You were anorexic skinny!! You look much healthier now. You've put on a good 10 pounds from what I read in your two threads. Not a bad start!! The only thing I can say is.. you obviously have a very fast metabolism. EAT, EAT, EAT, EAT, and EAT some more!! The more you eat the more you'll grow. Heavy compound lifts do a body good. You're on the right track, keep up the good work!!

p.s. you have a small waist and a long torso, like me... bring those lats up with some wide grip pulldowns, and you'll develop a wicked V-Taper!
 
Thanks dude, a post like that really keeps me motivated to hit it even harder in the gym. About the metabolism, it's true that its really fast but since I also have really huge appetite its not that hard for me to eat a sh*tload of food in a day. However I never really started to count my kcals so its hard to say how much I eat on day and if its actually enough. I guess I should start doing it for a while tho
 
i would say your calves are your best attribute right now. by the looks of them and the size of your hands and shoulders, you should have the ability to put on alot of size. you know you need to eat, but i would drop all bodybuilding specialization movements and focus more on powerlifting type movements. i missed how old you are, but when i was 15 or 16 i had similar stats as you, 10 yrs and 80 lbs later you would never know i used to be a twig.

You must eat well beyond your appetite. Force feed!! It sucks but its the only way, especially with your metabolism. Im the same way. Shove as much down as possible. :D Nice improvements!!!
 
Nice improvement. As already stated, you need to eat even when you're not hungry. I'd shoot for about 4000 calories a day, broken down into about 5 meals. If you can't eat it, drink it via protein powders or whatever. You're doing something right though, keep it up.

yeah 185 seems a lil heavy...but either way, eat, and do a lot of compound heavy movements...dips would help ur physique tremendously! keep on goin brotha!
