whenever ive been bulking ive never had cheat days.. but now after i was talking to someone ill probably start. is this true waht he said
1 day a week eat whatever you want. as much junk food as possible
what it does, is , because you have a high metabolism, because of ur slight body type, as youre eating good food and working out, your metabolism is slowing, then your junk food day, ur body gets an overload of carbohydrates, and fast release sugar,fat and protien... and that shocks ur metabolism, and it goes ,.. what the fuck? .. and speeds right up again, stores a whole heap of fat in ur muscles, (that are recovering bigger from broken muscle fibres
and then decides to burn all that fat stored, leaving an increased muscle size and no fat then when youre muscle broken fibres are repairing with larger ones (cuz thats what happens when you lift a weight) its like... umm trying to blow up a baloon thats already been blown up before.. much easier than trying to blow up a water-baloon thats never been blown up before.. real hard
so you train that week.. and so on for 12 wks.. and then ur a beast
