Bulking version of a refeed?

Think theres any merit in doing the bulking equivalent of a cutting cycles refeed.

What I mean is short duration of caloric deficit during bulking to somehow reap better benefits of continued higher calorie eating?
 
No

If goal is to Put on as much muscle as possiable keep on feeding and feeding then do some more. I dont think your body gets used too too much calories, but it can get used to Too little. Try it out for a month let us know what happens, MY Advice get your EAT on.
 
The theory behind the ABCDE diet is that a "crash diet" with tons of cardio and catabolism will cause the body to reduce catabolism and launch you into your subsequent bulking phase. I think it is BS.
