Bulking up

I've been bulking since June and hav put on 38 pounds and want to get to 250 before I start cutting.

I eat 6x a day. I know I put on a lot of muscle, but I feel like I've put on a lot of bodyfat especially over the past month.

I eat 300 gr of protein/day
-150 gr from chicken
-150 gr from isopure whey
-1200 calories

1500 cal of complex carbs (from sweet potatoe)
350 cal simple (post workout) from grape juice

12 tables spoons pb/day
3 tables spoons flax/day

I eat @ 8am, 11am, 1:30pm, 4:30pm, 8pm, then one last time before I go to bed.

My question is this, should I up my protein up 350-400 gr/day?

Last time I upped my calories was when I got up to 220, and I have been consuming more carbs... My protein intake did not go up. Should it have? SHould I eat carbs besides for my post workout meal before I go to be, or no? Should I get more protein from chicken/beef rather than from whey? I heard whey absorbs too fast and can be wasted... Well, I would appreciate any information.
