Bulking up workout

I am looking for a good workout rountine to bulk up. Not trying to lose any weight just increase muscle mass. Also any suggestions on meals and supplements to take to help bulk up. Thanks!
 
mutliply your weight my 20 and that is how many calories you do. stick to compound movements.

here is a split i like.....mon chest/shoulders/tris.....wed legs...... fri back/traps/bi's.

eat like a son of a bitch, drink lots of water and rest.
 
Westside Barbell fan here...but that is sound advice. Eat till you have to force feed...then take one more bite.
