Bulking Suggestions

Can anyone suggest a good bulking diet. I am currently at 230lbs six foot one, looking to gain about 15 lbs. My current diet is kind of sloppy:

8:30-2 saus. egg and cheese bis.

12:00-half pound of hamburger meat with baked potato.

2:00-triple becon cheeseburger

7:00-2 10oz steaks

10:00-triple becon cheeseburger


any suggestions on how to gain some extra lbs would bring karma.
 
You'll gain lbs on that diet all right. Also, are those eating times set in stone or can you space them out a little more evenly? Try substituting with these for a cleaner bulk:

Meal 1: Egg (1/2 whites 1/2 whole) + Cheese on whole wheat bread, Glass of skim milk +scoop whey protein

Meal 2: Tuna + Cheese on wheat pita + virgin olive oil

Meal 3: Skinless Chicken breasts + brown rice

Meal 4: Steak + Sweet Potato + glass skim milk

Meal 5: Low fat cottage cheese + blueberries + Flax oil

Wheat pasta is also good, lots of carbs there. Just some ideas.

yea, you are eating five meals per day, eat like 7, and your meals are pretty low cal, you have very little complex carbs, more food man, you won't gain much on that
