Bulking Phase, Need Advice

I have lost all the weight i wanted/. Now i'm starting to bulk. I'm taking 2x daily dextrose, creatine and whey protein, homemade shakes. I try to eat a lot,cause I know you got to eat a lot in order to bulk.
My question is... DO i eat everying and anything??? i know iwill gain fat, but will I gain a lot of muscle?? DO i have to eat certain foods for bulking. My friends got huge w/ just eating everything in sight and working out. They gain fat, of course, but they gain so much muscle...
So, do i have a good aspect of bulking???
 
people usually take their weight in lb X 18-20. As far as the macronutritional split is concerned, 40C/30P/30F is ONE of the options. You really need to just experiement it yourself and see how your body responds to it.

Also, you should not be on a SEE-FOOD diet. Keep a daily calorie count and make sure you get complex carb, and GOOD fat.
 
you will feel better all the time if you keep your carbs lower gi. i.e. more complex. See food works for some but if you are prone to weight gain, keep the carbs moderate and complex.

....both authored by myself. I ask Mr X just about every question conceivable, so you should find plenty of information regarding bulking phases in those threads.
