are you supposed to bulk for a certain amount of time, or until a certian amount of lbs is added? how many does everyone usually shoot for before its time to cut or maintain whatever the case may be
If I bulk, my goal is usually about 15% above my weight. EX: if you are 200lbs. then 15% above your weight would be 30lbs....in turn, you would bulk up to 230 then see if you need to lean out or if you look fine.
