bulking diet

I got no help on the diet board.


after you guys help me i am going to the market and stocking up for a month. please help me schedule a BULKING diet arround my school schedule.
7am-wake up
1010am-break
1210pm-lunch
230pm-end of school
4pm-weight room
11pm-bed
thanks for your help.
 
Hey man I just started my bulk as well, and all I do is eat...
Eat a big ass breakfast; oatmeal, eggs, protein shake and a fruit before I go to class. Besides that all I can say is EAT like a horse. Get your carb intake high!!

Protien
Chicken Breast
tuna
turkey
steak
lean meat
Milk
Cottage cheese
LOTS of EGGS

Carbs
wheat pasta
wheat bread/bagel
veggies
oatmeal/
Cereal (good shit like Wheating or rasin bran...no fuckin' coco krispi and shit like that.
fruit

Fats
fish
Flax oil
peanut butter..but not too much

Just eat good shit as much as you can...it will get expensive but it's worth it.. I am a college student and it gets expensive but you can do it. Use the money that you go out with or buy dinner for the hoes and use it for yourself..Good luck

no cycle yet, im about to go on my first one. what are your stats and what cycle are your on? i just want a diet that i can carry into my first cycle.
 
at 5'10, 155, and 4 months lifting experience,

there's no way you should be hitting the juice. for one thing it'll play hell onyour tendons and ligaments.

wait a couple years, get about 2 years of natural lifting before you start.
 
ive been lifing on and off for the last 2 1/2 years. ive been lifing for 4 months straight and before that didnt lift for three months

I would bet that you still have alot of growing to do bro. I would still wait a while before hitting the juice. I'm sure you will do what you want anyway so good luck w/whatever you do. BamBam
 
I Agree with Bam Bam keep training hard and wait awhile. I just hit my first cycle last week of sus I am 20 yrs old and I can't wait until it kicks in FUCK YEAH!!!!
 
he should definitely stay natural but he should still eat like the world is coming to an end.

at 5'10" 155 im willing to but my nutsac that your metabolism is amazing. eat like a fucking horse. about 7 meals a dayhigh protien high carb, moderate fat. eat until it hurts...the size you can put on at this stage with just the right food can be almost as effective as steroids.
 
yes I agree you still have growing to do. I don't care if you've been lifting 5 years and took a few months off..... 4 months liftin' hard is nothing. Don't be like many of these lazy newbies who think steroids are the only way to get muscles.
 
I dont want to be like thos guys. I HATE THEM. but i do need to put on about 15-30(preferably) lbs in about four months. And i do eat like a fucking horse that eats like the world is coming to an end. i have the fastest god damn matabolism in the world and i hate it. im not really what you would call skinny though, i have about 3% body fat. i have tried everything in the world to gain. in the past four months ive eaten like crazy and put on 3-4 pounds.
