2 weeks ago i decided to start bulking. I originally planned on developing a specific diet, but instead I just ate whatever i wanted. Which, sadly, includes ice cream, oreo's, and just about anything else that is bad for you.
Gained about 15lbs, some of which is probably water weight, and i now weigh a little over 170lbs.
I'd continue eating like I currently am, but someone pointed out to me that my face is looking a little chubbier than before. But my arms are at least an inch bigger, and still look cut. So there's some good, some bad. Don't have a gut yet.
But what I wanna do now is develop a diet for myself to gain as much muscle as possible. Fat is okay, I don't mind since I can easily cut up later on.
So what I need from you guys is basic guidelines for a bulking diet. Some examples adjusted to my stats would be a godsend, and any other tips or advice would be just as appreciated.
