Bulking Diet Guidelines?

2 weeks ago i decided to start bulking. I originally planned on developing a specific diet, but instead I just ate whatever i wanted. Which, sadly, includes ice cream, oreo's, and just about anything else that is bad for you.

Gained about 15lbs, some of which is probably water weight, and i now weigh a little over 170lbs.

I'd continue eating like I currently am, but someone pointed out to me that my face is looking a little chubbier than before. But my arms are at least an inch bigger, and still look cut. So there's some good, some bad. Don't have a gut yet.

But what I wanna do now is develop a diet for myself to gain as much muscle as possible. Fat is okay, I don't mind since I can easily cut up later on.

So what I need from you guys is basic guidelines for a bulking diet. Some examples adjusted to my stats would be a godsend, and any other tips or advice would be just as appreciated.

5'11ff, 170lbs, 15%+/- Bf

15lbs in two weeks?? With that drastic of change in your diet, I'm assuming that most is fat and water.
 
I'm not looking as if i've gained much weight, except on my face.
Friends don't wanna believe that I've gained 15lbs.

the exact same thing happened to me:

175 to 190 in 2 weeks, i was depressed though, just broke up with my girl, ate nothing but shit, was hella cut, bf @ 6-8% i was stuffing my self with junk, getting my self sick eating so much, i think i had a disorder, still do...im eating a lot now still, but trying to keep it clean. for 2 weeks i drank, ate ice cream, whatever, boxes of twinkies, seriously the most junk food ive ever consumed. it was horrible, i have a big fat face now from it, my ex said ..your face is all puffy. fucking sucks im so pissed off about it. i was doing cardio 4X a week, went down to none. ruts suck. i tried to just say i was bulking and the cals would be good. yeah, i was doing it all wrong, i didnt want to admit it. bulking is harder than cutting. i like being lean.

either way im in the same boat as you. im sure its mostly water and carbs. i was talking in 100-150c a day all summer, with refeeds on weekends...then went to 5000cal a day, everyday, ate till sick. it sucked.

im keeping cals mod 3000 or so and trying to eat clean.
