Just need peoples opinion:
Male, 25 years old. 187lb at the moment but carb depleted due to 4th week of dieting. 6 foot tall and been training for 6 years now.
By the time the diet ends in 1 week and i start to eat normal again i should hit 196lb. Bodyfat 11% (caliper tested)
Cycle: 6 week course
1ml tren acetate + 1ml test prop
3 times per week (Mon, weds, friday)
0.75ml oxytest150 = 2/3 hours before training
The plan is to eat around 4000kcal per day.
Train 4 days per week + maybe 1 cardio day
Any ideas, input into effectiveness of cycle etc
