Bulking cycle

I m getting ready to start soon. I'm 5'9. 170lbs. Clean diet , 4-5 days in the gym. I have a smaller bone structure. So 190-195 is pretty big for me. I'm looking for a longer bulking cycle. 12+ weeks. I plan on 30 mlgs dbol for 4-6 weeks. Test E mlg ? Stacked with ?? I'm really wanting to stack with deca a majority of the cycle , maybe drop twords the end and ad masteron. I'm fearful of the deca dick syndrome and puffy face and muscle look. What other than deca should I use to bulk , but stay defined. This is cycle #3. I've ran test / tren in the past ( made me to angry and aggressive) then I did T-400 by itself last cycle..my diet is a lot better this time , workout on point and Commited. Any ideas??
 
Run npp instead of deca. Deca needs to be run longer around 16 week plus imo.

Do like

1-12 100mg test prop eod
1-12 100mg of npp eod
1-4 dbol 39mg ed

This would be nice steady gains for 12 weeks for sure.... You could even swap the dbol or tbol if you wanted to keep it dry the whole time since NPP will be much drier than deca anyways.
Or embrace the bloat and godliness of the dbol for a few weeks and piss the water out when you drop it.

Either way I agree of your looking for some lean mass gains in a 12 week period NPP would be a good mild compound for ya to grow!

Or just commit to a longer blast and run deca.... Honestly would probably say 20 weeks of deca would yield better long term results, but the recovery will also be much harsher.... Guess it depends what your willing to commit too, and if it's worth it for the longer tougher recovery to grow an extra 10 pounds.... My .02$

I'm probably going to do a 16 week plus ..I'm ordering my product this weekend. As soon as I can figure what kind of gear to run this time. I just bought a bayliner a couple months ago. I wanna look solid on my wake board. :)
 
I got chicken legs from hell and never really done a whole lot of legs. Anyone have a routine that I could work my legs in slowly with out putting me in barley walking pain
