Bulking Calories?

My nephew wants to know how many calories he should consume when bulking?

I begged him not to use gear because he is more than capable of gaining muscle naturally but of course he has been on a cycle for 2 weeks now and wants to know how much to eat. At this point there is nothing more I can do to stop him except make sure he doesnt stay on for long and keeps his dosages safe. Hes just looking for a shortcut and wants to gain around 10-15lbs on a ten week cycle of sustanon and deca.

His Stats:

Age: 22
Height: 5' 4''
Weight: 120lbs
BF%: under 10%

How much should this punk be eating?
 
120lbs? thats anorexic... surely he can gain off 3k. eat anything and everything, a that weight hes not gonna put on much fat. bring him to this site and let him learn proper diet and training.
 
Hes not anorexic hes just short as fuck, so 3,000 sounds good? How many lbs do you think he will gain off of the following cycle?

Week 1-10 250mgs sustanon/wk
Week 1-7 250mgs durabolin npp/wk
Week 1-10 100mgs primoboaln/wk
Week 3-13 15mgs anavar/ed
 
tell him to try it and then go from there. im twice that weight and im gaining on 4k. if he doesnt gain add 500 cals.
 
I am short also 5'7" 240lbs here. Tell him he is too young to be putting AAS in his body. His Test and Growth Hormone levels are still pretty high at 22yo. He should enjoy himself by eating whatever he wants and training hard. I wish I was 22 and know then what I know now!
 
too much gear, drop the primo and var.

if you still wanna run the deca but i wouldn't recommend it run it at 200mg/wk with 250mg/wk test.

or just run 350mg-500mg/wk test.
 
How about you just slap the shit out of him, take his gear and get him started on a PCT protocol and teach him to eat naturally.

Cycling at 120 pounds is ridiculous.
 
I just think he's making very poor decisions with this cycle and maybe he deserves some flaming--especially for lying about it.
 
Fuck counting calories. Just eat, eat and eat some more. Sure you need chicken and fish and all that good stuff. But at that weight also can eat ice cream and pizza ON TOP of all the food. People say that's the wrong approach but when you want to grow you need a lot of calories. Even the pros eat McDonalds and KFC when bulking.

You don't need steroids and it'd be a waste. Check out BIG BLAST from www.proteinfactory.com Drink 2 a day with whole milk on top of the extra food. EVERY DAY. You will grow, guaranteed.
 
I usually just read here, lots of great info. I haven't had much to offer to a discussion but I think something is a little off here. Shouldn't he be encouraged to drop any AAS all together. The last thing this guy needs is gear. The amount he can grow at this stage naturally would be astounding. Protein and a multi vitamin combined with your choice of 3000 calories and be strict in the gym and you'll be gaining faster then anyone on this board.
