If I didn't have to remind myself every 2 hours to find something reletively clean and healthy to eat it'd make bulking .... just... a LITTLE bit easier, lol. No, I'm not jucing (yet, maybe in the future). Should I eat some b12 .... what??
Any ideas for increasing appetite??
Height: 6'1"
Weight: 193-198 depending on food and water intake throughout the day... btw, this is the heaviest I've been EVER, and VERY PROUND DAMN IT!
I take a multi (Animal pak... been using that for yeeeears, probably 5... going to switch though, for a while, because I want to throw up every time I smell them and have to choke down all 11 at a time) .... well that's too much information, any ideas would be GREATLY APPRECIATED, and well thought out ideas, and very relevant ones will be rewarded
(K, of course... even though I'm a newb. I know what it is and know how to use it... well since yesterday, lol)
