Bulkin and Strippin

Guys,

I want to strip fat and put on the Bulk quite quickly. What do you suggest the fastest course of gear to use. Perhaps a course of anabolics for two months or so and what are the best suggestions. Diet as well maybe.

I have been training for several year, but i have only used light gear such as Ephadrine, and for a brief period Clenbuterol. I am about 16 1/2 stones.

I need your wise advise guys.

Well we need more information first....Have you done gear before ? What does your diet look like ? What does your training look like? What are your stats?.....answer these ?'s and then maybe we can help...
