bulker diet

need help on a bulking diet any break down and advice would be appreciated

8 am- oatmeal
6 egg whites mixed with half a glass of milk

10:30 cottage cheese with a bagel/ 40 grams protien/50 grams carbs

1pm 2 cups brown rice with chicken breast and broccoli

3pm protien shake with fruit

5pm protien bar oats post workout maybe pasta

6pm protien shake

7pm brown brice with chicken breast/maybe fish cod fillet to mix it up

9pm protien shake consisting of carbs roughly 40 grams and protien 30 grams

protien shakes contain roughly 30-40 grams of protien in each
average size chicken breast grilled containing roughly 30 grams of protien
any better diets or plans apreciated or help to improve this one

Age 22 8 years lifting experience few cycle done, just my diet I know is key to my success but the biggest pain in my arse lol, what do you suggest my good man
 
first impression is too many shakes and not enough real food , also fats are low, diets are very individual and you need to find out what works for you and what your sensitive to like carbs / dairy etc.

for breakfast i would certainly add 3 whole eggs as well as the 6 egg whites with 100g oats

10-30 looks good i would add a tablespoon natural peanut butter

1pm looks good but i would add an extra chicken breast

3pm i assume is your pre workout meal i would add some more oats if its an hour before training

5pm pws aim for 40-50g pro and 50-60g simple carbs

eat 1 hour later - 200g steak / fish or chicken with medium sweet potatoe

8pm - 200g steak / chicken / fish with veges

10pm before bed - cottage cheese / skim milk / 1 tablespoon olive oil smoothie


this is just off the top of my head, you will need to play around and see what works for you, maybe add calories slowly from there , maybe subtract carbs if carb sensitive etc

dont forget lots of water and most importantly consistency
 
wow thats pritty impressive considering it was of the top of your head! lol im definantely taking it into concideration and your plan looks alot more solid then mine so thank you, any idea how many calories this breaks down to? decided to take the serious plunge and dig deep strict diet and exercise see where it can take me! thanks for the help and input

Looks good, id personally lower the egg whites to about 3 or 4 and have a hydro/isolate whey shake w/ L-Glutamine for quick source of protein

Not a big fan of bagels, yams or potato maybe?

Assuming this is pre-workout, looks ok..
5pm protien bar oats post workout maybe pasta
Important meal, For post-workout, i'd take BCAA powder with L-Glutamine mixed with a High-GI carb drink (consisting of dextrose/maltodextrin/fructose) alongside with whey protein shake. Have the pasta with a source of protein an hour after workout.
6pm protien shake

7pm brown brice with chicken breast/maybe fish cod fillet to mix it up
Looks ok, mackerel/salmon/tuna would be a better fish to add (good fats are important) or some extra virgin olive oil

What is the source of carbs?
I would add in a pre-night shake or meal, cottage cheese is a brilliant choice for night time due to casein, add in some flax seed oil, a spoon of almond butter and you've got a great pre-bedtime meal.

Hahaha great minds but that's a great bird in ur avi :eek: my oh my, 5 ft 6 17o lost bita weight due to fastng but ill be dieting and puttin it back on before cycle starts, what's the best way to add the fats? Nice set up
 
Oh yes she is a hot one ;). How old are you?
Extra virgin olive oil, flax seed oil, salmon, mackerel, eggs
Almond butter, peanut butter, avacados are all excellent sources of fat
