Hey guys..whats up? Some of you maybe remember me. I am not much of a poster, but a big time lurker. I posted a set of pics at the beginning of the year at 150 lbs, and now i want to show you the new bulked up me...:)

Here are some pics..These were taken right after my workouts, so i am pumped in these pics. Stats in pics are:

5'8"
170 lbs
17.5" arms (were 16.5 pumped)
45.5" chest(was 44 pumped)
32" waist (was a 29..:( )
25" quads (Were 22..i am very proud of this development)
Natural

Please feel free to express any comments..good or bad. I would love to hear criticizims also from you experts. Thanks guys!

Thats the confusing part man..I am so confused to weather keep on going and bulk more or cut down. I already bought a whole new ward robe, and i LOVE the feeling of filling out cloths, but then again, I will go to the gym and see a guy with RIPPED abs and think to myself "Man, i want that" So i don know, what do you guys think??

yep anyone can post them (and anyone can view their OWN gallery pics) but only Platinum members can VIEW gallery pics of OTHER people.. I know gymrat knows how to do it right.

anyway, like I said good to see you around again :)
 
Very impressive for being all natural. How old are you? I personally would bulk up about another 20lbs and then cut down to where you weigh in now at 170lbs. You should look very impressive if you can do that.
 
Hey guys..thanks a lot.

My diet:
Eat everything. Literally! Good, bad, ugly, whatever, and eat it every 2.5 hrs.
That plus 3 protein shakes a day.

So, if i wake up at 2 p.m (On weekends, i am a lazy ass), i eat every 2.5 hrs and get in about 5-6 meals a day.
If i get up early (i have spring classes) then that means i would get about 8 meals a day. As long as i eat every 2.5 hours i do well.

I am 23 years old, will be 24 in October.

My Most stubborn body parts are lats and calves..Calves are just Horrible (15") and lats, well, as you can see, suck too. I am taking 3 weeks off from calves and go back to them and hit them a different way to see what happens. Worse comes to worse, i am gonna get calf implants, lol, jk.

Thanks guys, all the feedback is much appreciated. And as far as posting pics for non-plats, I hope someone can help me out and let me know how to do that because i couldnt figure it out.

Yes, i have been asked if i was juicing at my gym be some people over and over again. This kid came up to me, a bigger guy and said "Ok dude, what the hell are you doing? You can tell me becuase i am on it too, so dont worry about it" LOL...I take that as a compliment.

I am eating lots of Filet steak and potatoes. Most of my meals consist of:

-Protein shakes (50 G of Protein of Isopure with a whole banana and Vitamin D milk- Total of 60 G of protein and 500 calories..i have 3 of those a day)
-Steak and mash potatoes
-Peanut butter and Jelly
-Pizza and lots of it..:)
-Pasta
-Lots of nuts (Cashews, walnuts, etc.)
-And all kinds of fast foods..:)

I am getting about 4000 calories a day with about 300 G of protein..But this isnt EVERYDAY..i slack here and there (Like today, its almost 9 p.m. and i have only had 1 protein shake and 4 meals..shit happens i guess) But i am pretty consistent.

Thanks guys..Any criticizims? I am thinking my lats! They SUCK..:(

Thanks bro..When i was 150, people told me i look 170, now that i am 170, people tell me i look 190..lol. Its kind of weird. I think its my body structure..i have a TINY frame. VERY very small bones and very small joints. It might not look like in the pics, but it is true..So, i am guessing this is the reason i look bigger.

I think its muscle disphoria, when we all look at eachother and think we are small, when in reality we are bigger then we think (I think this is called muscle disphoria, if not, someone please correct me)

Disphoria is a mental state (the opposite of Euphoria). I know what you mean... don't remember the word but I know it's about a kind of Body Dismorphic Disorder (BDD). This mental disease we're talking about is the opposite of anorexy (In spanish it is called "Vigorexia")

I'm agree with that you said in the other forum -but not at all-: "For lifting, to get mass, YOU MUST LIFT HEAVY.. As for eating, to get mass, YOU MUST EAT EVERYTHING.." hehe, it used to work for me until I realized I had increased my bodyfat level by +4%). Summarizing, YOU MUST EAT EVERYTHING YOU CAN EAT, NOT EVERYTHING YOU WANT TO EAT (because you can't eat everything you want, in other words, you must not eat everything you want to eat... hehehe what a mess! I know you get the point: to eat quality food and to avoid excesses)

Hey bro..thanks for writing. Actually, for me, and maybe i should have stated this in my post on the other forum, if i dont eat EVERYTHING, i wont grow. I am such a hardgainer its not even funny. Put it this way, If i skip out on a workout and/or i dont eat 6 meals a day, i will loose 5 lbs. I kid you not. And if Derek, a forum member and a work out partner, can vouch for me on this on that would be cool. I have the craziest metabolisim you will ever come across. Its soo hard for me to gain fat. This is why i said what i said. You saw my pics right? Well, i wouldnt call myself fat, but not too lean, maybe a little better then average right? Well, here is what i ate/eat to get to where i am now:

Pizza, Chocolate, Donuts, Ice cream, every desert you can think of, junk food of all kinds, etc... I just ate a large cheeze pizza and i am going straight to bed. hehe, So, you see what i was saying? :)

But i understand what you are saying. That kind of diet really isnt for everyone.

you have the best of all worlds it seems. eat like a fat slob (no offense) but look like a bodybuilder, and with small joints to boot! Eating a cheese pizza before bed sounds like a lot more fun than fish oil pills and fat free cottage cheese.

just as a side note, you may want to get your cholesterol checked just in case?!

No.. don't know the arabic :( grandmother knew it but all my mom ever learned were the cuss words!

how old are you? be aware that the metabolism slows down every year of your life (and that is faster after 25!) :evil: some day you're gonna turn into a mofo fatass hehehe (Just kidding bro. excellent job, keep hitting the iron! :D )
 
I am 23..Yes, i know someday metabolisim is gonna slow doen and hit me, but my dad is 55 years old and he is a toothpic and he eats like me..so, its a genetic thing..:)

I just woke up, time to get anther large pizza and a protein shake..:)

I personally know fadi and will throw up a vouch for him. I would venture to say the guy looks even bigger in person than he does in the pictures. I have known fadi since I have been about 17years old and the kid used to be 120lb toothpick always lean just no size. Went a couple years without seeing him and I swear he damn near added another person on his frame it seems.

He is not lying when he says he has the craziest metabolism in the entire world, he quits working out for a day or two and doesn't eat like a horse and he loses 5-8lbs. The biggest thing on this guy is his heart though, he is willing to push himself harder and farther than anyone else i've ever had the pleasure "or displeasure" of working out with. All muscles aside this guy's biggest muscle is his heart.
