Bulk or cut?

your body has cycles bro, try not changing your diet and weigh yourself weekly for a couple years, you will see it.

naw you're right. i been procrastinating like a mofo about cutting. i keep telling myself after i gain a few more lbs...but i get stuck at a plateau. i can never get over 180

i have a had time eating 4500+ cals or so over a sustained period of time. i'll do it for 2-3 days and then have one bad day and maybe only get close to 4k

im just gotta cut for at least 2 months. i havent been super lean in a REALLY long time. hell some of this stubborn fat is from when i stopped working out a couple of years ago. when im super lean it'll allow me alot better to gauge how much fat/muscle i'm putting on.

hard to tell when you're 14/15%. all looks the same

i agree with this. thats why i think ive been stuck at this plateau for awhile. i been continiously trying to bulk

Mine are 7".

Why don't you circuit train so your muscles can benefit more from a different type of cardio? Kill two birds with one stone. Maybe do a track workout twice a week for your legs. They help with your abs too.

good idea. i'll probably play alot of basketball too, maybe swim in the pool downstairs
