Bulk or cut?

I think i'm at like 14-15% bf now. ever since i came off t4 i think i'm having thyroid rebound. actually..i'm sure that's bullshit. my diet and training havent been all that consistent recently. i hate some of the fat deposits in my chest and my lower back right now

couple of months ago i was looking big, for me, and lean (but of course i was on cycle).

whatcha think?

My only concern is that im gonna be skinny fool...but i havent truly "cut" in a long ass time. figure maybe its time to clean the slate and start from scratch
 
at that percentage you need to tweak your diet and exercise.

Nothing is worse than using T4 and T3 and NOT having a rebound. Imagine eating 1200 calories per day and not losing weight. It sucks.

i'll probably run the t4 again anyways if i'm gonna diet.

i don't do shit for cardio.

when i cut i up the cardio big time.

eater super clean.

i just hate losing strength and feeling flat

but with my bodytype im thinking 2 months of cutting will more than get the job done. i have a small frame so both and muscle...every single pound makes a big difference
 
i dunno man, i'm not really into getting bigger nowadays... I always got more compliments by girls when I was slimmer then when I was bigger and lifted heavy, so I dunno, it's not like your penis grows when you bulk.

if that makes any sense

it totally does.

when i was a skinny twerp with a lean face is when girls like me the most.

lean face goes along way.

i think after this month i'll probably start cutting. probably better to be not so huge and ripped then kinda big but not lean
 
I mean hell, I don't play pro sports or anything, maybe a pickup b-ball, baseball and golf on ocassion.

But I excersise flat out just to get quality ass and to fit in clothes better, so really i'm a bad person to ask
