cant decide im 5'5 weigh 148 chest 37 waist 35 biceps 13 forearms 10 wrist6.5 i would post a pic but my cam is blurry helpp

with a 35" waist at your weight cut is the crystal clear answer. My waist isn't much bigger than yours and I have over 80 lbs on you. I'm 5'8.
