I just wanted to make a post comending Bulk Nutrions Customer Service. I'm posting here because this is where I heard about them and decided to purchase from them.
Anyways heres the story. I ordered two things from them Waxy Maize, and ON Casein Protein. The products showed up a little less than a week after ordering. I believe I ordered online late sat and recieved the products Thur. Well when they showed up the lid on my ON Casein had popped off. This was most likely FedEx's fault for putting something heavy on top of it.
So I called Bulk Nutrition and got an answering machine. A little nervous that I would never hear back or get a responce...I left a message with my situation. I tried calling a few more times in hopes of getting a live person...no luck.
Then paranoid, I decided to write an E-mail to the customer service dept....I'm now wondering if I wasted $22 on some Casein....
I get a call maybe an hr later from a Bulk Nutrition rep.(I don't know if this is a result of the e-mail or the voice message.) She tells me they will send me out a new bottle of Casein.
It was beautiful. No hassle for me. My Casein came today, and I am very happy with the service I received from Bulk Nutrition. They did right by me and I would gladly do business with them again.
Also, I am not affiliated with this company in anyway. I just feel that with all the bad things that companies do to customers that a good customer service experience deserved to be shared.
