bulk diet plan!

Thanks for that joe but wouldnt that be too much to start off with as im only 168pounds, dont really want to add loads of fat as i bulk. I like the diet adjustments but would i be best adding extra food as i progress with my weight gain rather than jump straight into it like that? The problem i have is i gain fat quite easy so id like keep minimum fat gains as i go along.

any time you look at a pre laid out diet only look at the foods timing, and ratios not the amounts. we are all different and need different amounts of food to acheive the same goals. you will need to figure out the amounts you need but keep in mind that a bulking diet involves force feeding. this sample diet may be to much for some 250lb guys and not enough for some 180lb guys. the amounts i put in are where i would start if i was your weight.
