I'm just beginning to do some intense weight training. The most that I've ever done in my life, actually. I am noticing that the veins on my arms (between my elbows and hands) are more visible than they ever have been. Looks kind of gross to me.
What is causing this? Is it good/bad? Is there a way to get rid of this?
