Building The Perfect Beast PT.2 Evaluation

Indy

High End Bro
Platinum
Been reading George's emails on this text. Anyone out there read it and give a good evaluation on it. Is it worth the money, if so for newbies, or can those rather well educated benefit from it. To me sounded like at least it might be a good reference to have on the shelf.

thanks and k to all for input.

Although an interesting read, the author's theories and cycles don't hold up very well in the real world. I don't agree with most of the stuff he writes in there. Most of it is also impractical as he advocates products that very few people have access to.

Must spread more karma around first.....thanks bro, exactly what I am looking for.

i've read it and have learned a lot. whether what i've learned is accurate or not, i don't know, since i'm a newbie. his writing style is a little disjointed and doesn't always flow smoothly. the best thing i got out of the book is becoming aware of how important it is to acquire as much knowledge as possible regarding chemicle enhancement, since i'm dealing with my health. so yes, i've found the book helpful.

many of the subjects that i read about in the book just made me have more questions. i was thinking to myself this morning, thank goodness for this forum, since i'm no longer groping around in the dark about such a complex issue. that's a left handed thank you for those who've been so wiliing to answer my questions, including you indy.

Cool thanks for the input, and dont worry. I know you are new, but I follow your threads and you ask the correct and intelligent questions. Thanks again for the input.

I loved the book, but much of what it explains I was doing already. He advocates shorter cycles (4-5 weeks), with quick recovery time and a quicker return to cycle. In my opinion it is a better option than the marathon cycles guys run. Using this method you are always moving forward and you have virtually no rebound effect of feeling like crap due to a 16 week cycle that has left you shut down.

there are a few new things in the book I found interested, I would pick it up just to support the author

personally, I think both newbies and vets can benefit from it

You know I disagree with the shorter cycles for myself. I've never had a problem recovering from 16 week cycles.

Very respectable author!! " Works with some top level pros. Along the same lines as what Chad Nichols advocates, and Chad has worked with the best of the best. Author L. Rea emphasizes overall health as much as he does gaining muscle. The crazy things he suggests..are what probably every top pro are doing. And...with the whole idea on shorter cycles...Rea believes that any cycle lasting longer than around 6 weeks...will saturate the body to much..and his philosophy is that for every "action"(doing steroids) there is a "reaction"(i.e.estrogen related sides/liver damage/etc.) and when doing the longer cycles..the reactions out weigh the actions...if you get what i'm saying. His protocols do sounds extreme...especially when it comes to site-injections...but none of us would be here if we werent' extreme!! Great book..and i read it everyday...cause it is a very tough read.
