2 questions. im still lifting heavy but doing more cardio and on a low carb diet. just wondering for you experts...do you find it more beneficial to eat moderate carbs while cutting continuously (for example morning and post workout carbs and carbs with meal after post workout shake and no carbs at night) or eat relatively zero carbs all week but keep protein and amino acid intake high and have one "carb up" day (not a cheat day) where i eat sweet potatoes with every meal throughout the day.
