building muscle while loosing fat???

alright bros i just started my 3rd cycle of sust/fina/winny/anavar
now, i've read a lot of posts about bros gaining weight while loosing body fat while on fina
my question is what type of diet is necessary to achive these results
my stats are 20 years, 6'4", 240, 10bf
how many cals a day should i shoot for to add weight while loosing fat?
 
I have only used fina once...I pretty much ate anything and everything in sight and still lost fat while going up 21 pounds on the scale.:p
 
it is easy to gain muscle and lose fat at the same time , hell I did it before even without roids ,with roids it is so easy ...just EAT a VERY HIGH protein , moderate carbs ( slow release carbs only ) and low fat diet . train with weights 4 -5 x a week , cardio 3 x a week . Diet is the key , if you want to I will post my diet for ya .


Right now I gained 13 lbs on a cutting cycle, and lost tons of fat .....EQ + winny + HGH ....light doses :)

My diet is bar far my downfall. I eat for shit....comparitivly speaking anyways, but im not a competitor so I dont worry about it a lot. I try and get my protien and eat about maint cals and the fat just slowly melts off with tren. The weight gain seems to come fast and steady but seems to dwindle as the cycle progresses but fat loss increases so its prolly a wash.
 
my diet is like this :

meal 1 - 3 scoops designer whey protein + 1 sandwich ( 2 slices of whole wheat bread + 2 slices fat free cottage cheese )

meal 2 - 1 potatoe + 1 chicken breast + 1 1/2 carrot

meal 3 - 3 scoops designer whey protein + 1 tablespoon flaxseed oil

meal 4 - myoplex plus deluxe


meal 5 - same as meal 2

meal 6 - 3 scoops designer whey protein + 1 tablespoon flaxseed oil


I also used xenadrine all the way ,also vit c , vit e and zinc .

My cycle was :

8 week cycle

EQ - 350 mg / week
winny - 50 mg EOD
HGH - 2 iu EOD

with this cycle I went from 13.5 % bodyfat to 8 % and gained 13 lbs of muscle mass.

before this cycle I went from 27 % to 13.5 % naturally in 2-3 months and added 5lbs of muscle mass , all this without roids then I started this cycle :) .

- Total fat loss was something like 45 lbs and total muscle mass gain was something like 18 lbs . ( 5 lbs in the first 2 months without roids , then 13 lbs with that cycle )

i would be surprised if this diet consists of 3000cals, i would estimate about 2500cals. not sufficient to maximize muscle growth. i think you should either gain muscle or loose fat, dont try to do both at the same time

I totally disagree that you can't try to do both at the same time, of course you gotta focus on one thing , my main focus was body fat loss all the time ,my diet was calorie restric all the time but I still added some muscle .....
