I know it's been asked before but could someone tell me is 1-t ethers 4-ad, and a good protein shake would help me with some decent mass provided i diet and lift right. Your help is valued much. Thanx SWAMPGOAT
If your diet and training is in order you wouldnt even really need supplements. So almost anything you used would help you gain assuming its legit. Make sure your drinking a shake right after you lift and taking in at least a gram of protein per lb of bodyweight per day at the bare minimum. I shoot for 2 g protein/lb bw/day...once you start going much over that its kinda overkill...and it puts you on the porcelin military press a little too much.
I agree, make sure ur diet is sound first or you'll just be wasting ur money no matter what supplements u go with, as far as the 4-ad's, i've had nothing but good results while using
