Seriously, I may as well consider it. Right now I'm eating around 45 egg whites a week...maybe 3 whole eggs - making a nice round 4 dozen a week.

The cost doesn't bother me at all - eggs are amazingly cheap. Its going to the store for eggs every week, cracking and separating 8 eggs every morning, its a pain. But - my grocery store only sells 'egg beaters' which replace 8 eggs and cost twice as much as 18.

So - does anyone know a store that sells egg whites by the gallon??

Cool - I'll have to search around a bit more though, that is still priced at $4 a dozen + a huge shipping charge. I can get egg beaters for about $4.5 a dozen locally. Straight up eggs are $1/dozen + labor.

i have been using lanaseggwhites for a while now....eggs are super fresh...taste almost sweet when you first get them. she is extremely reliable and extremely hands on....last week i got my eggs delivered and the ice pack broke and the eggs were piping hot...i sent her an email and she sent me a knew one for free on my word...you get 160 eggwhites per tub
