hey guys i need some help to build my 1st cycle, i'm not very build i used to work out but then i stopped cause i entered Muay Thai training, i train everyday and work out occasionally. here are my "stats"
20 years old
210 pounds, 5'11"
20% bf
i will start lifting every day once i start the cycle, my goal is to go down to 180-190 pounds of lean muscle, i'm not on a strict diet but i eat clean.
i was thinking for my 1st cycle to use Anavol and Test E and maybe some Dbol?
but then again i'm not sure if that the best cycle for me to achive my goal, any ideas would be
appreciated. thx
