Build me a cycle.....

help me with my cycle

heres what I got:

4 10ml. prop 100(brovel)
80 50mg. IP winstrol tabs(IP)
60 tabs of avavar(I think there 50mg.)


currently I weigh 190lbs. but am hoping to get up to 210, im going to weight till next summer so that the ncaa does not catch this stuff in my system. please help me out and give me some ideas on the best ways to cycle these. I was also thinking of making two cycles out of these.

Are you sure the Anavar tabs are 50mg ? They could be the 40's from ** but I have never heard of 50mg/ tabs before

Try this
Prop at 100mg/eod for weeks 1-10
Winny at 50mg/Day for weeks 1-6
Anavar at 40mg/Day for weeks 3-10
Clomid 3 days after your last dose

Sounds good Mustang, thats what I'll do. have u ever known anyone to do a cycle like this, I know that everyone reacts different, but I was just curious what kinda gains u think i should expect with good diet, rest, and training?(i've never used prop or anavar)

If you keep up a good diet and use Clomid post cycle I don't see why they would not be keepable. Remember to lower your total sets when coming off as your body can not recover as good while off gear as it can when on it

that about right?

I should probably mention that I am a decathlete, and only want to gain muscle I will keep and don't want to get so big that I slow down. I know that most probably don't know how it relates, because most on this board are bodybuilders, but just wanted to explain why im not going to eat too many calories, just enough to gain keepable muscle.
 
I would keep the cals around 3700-4000/Day and if you start to notice a increase in body fat then drop them a little. Also try to get around 1.5 grams of protein per pound of body weight

So I would actually need around 285-300 mg of protien per day.
that sounds a lot better, than just 200g. after the cycle is over should I still keep the cals up around 4000 and the protien at 300g?

Yes keep your cals up post cycle otherwise you run the risk of droping them to much and losing your gains post cycle which is not what you want to happen.
