Buddy needs some PCT (Recovery) Help - Low test level

Okay, my bro has been cycling on and off for a few years now. I have been helping along, but he would not do a lot of blood tests. Well I finally convinced him to get bloodwork and his test is about 250. He ran another PCT aft this low test and got retested only to be at 250 again. He came clean to the doctor and doc is cool and was talking about perscribing him Arimidex.

I told him to have the Dr prescribe him the following:

Week 1-3 HCG 1000iu M-W-F
Week 1-5 Aromasin 20mg ED
Week 1-5 Nolva 40mg Ed


Now this is what he did for his "second" pct that I "prescribed" to him, but he was using chinese powders so who knows what he was really taking.

Anyone have any change recommendations to what I told him to ask the doctor for?

Week 1-5 Aromasin 20mg ED
Week 1-5 Nolvaldex - tamoxifen citrate - 40mg Ed

1000iu 2X a week is better IMO
Nolva use only 20mg ED (clomid is a good addition at 50mg ED too)
Aromasin use week 1-7 with lower dosage like start with 10mg ED and drop to 10mg E3D for the final 2 weeks
Otherwise you on the right track

BTW, 250 is not that low....I think is the lower end but many docs will not even bother with that #
Can you friend get it up and perform or not? Just curious

He has no "signs" of low test. He has no performance issues there. The Dr. is concerned with this level at his age (33) - so he is willing to help out. I think he will end up with androgel in the near future.

The reason I asked is that some ppl do have naturally low test levels but early prevention is a good thing
