Please Scroll Down to See Forums Below Hey guys I know this is kinda off the topic but I wanted to see if anybody had any ideas on this. a good friend of mine is on probation for some shit he did a year ago it didnt have anything to do with gear. but yesterday his probation officer knocked on his door and had a city cop with her and she told my buddy that she has the right to search his house anytime she wants. so they came in and looked around and found his gear. he had 6 bottles of T200 a bottle of inj dbol and about a 1/4 of a bottle of eq, they didnt really know what it was so they told him they was gonna show it to the states attorney and if it was something that was ok for him to have they would bring it back with in a hour. this was lat night at about 6:00. so now he is freaking out sitting around not knowing if they are gonna come and arrest him or what. does anybody have any idea what kinda trouble he is looking at here? this shit makes me wanna take my dam gear somewhere else and hide it. sounds to me like you got, err i mean your buddy has got some problems. The worst that can happen is that he does some jail time for violation of his probation and for possesion of a controlled substance. Expect the worst and pray for the best. Good luck, hope everything works out for your bud.
Gear is illegal. Your friend will probably be arrested and charged with
probation violation. I don't know what the laws are in Ill, but maybe
your friend could claim he was "addicted" to them and needs to go to
a rehab. In California, parole violation is an automatic 1 year sentence.

is on probation .. he shold have known that the can come in to youir hoouse at any time. they tell youi thatt when youi visit your probation officer for the first time
"your budd" wouldnt have a bag of dope lying around the house right soooooooo awhy keep any gear around

couple of things. are you over 18? and where you live, is it in your name or another?
i ask this because a brother of mine was on probation for drunk driving. he used my addy. one day they show up at my door telling me the samething. that they are allowed to search my house for a random drug test when i told them that he wasn't there. i told them to go to hell. and they left. so if they lied about being able to search your house, you're okay. if the place you live is not in your name, you might be able to get around that too. if you live with your parents. . . i mean your friend lives with his parents and is under 18, he can not consent to a search of the premisis. reasons being you can't give consent to search someone elses house and you aren't old enough to do so even if it's your primary resisdence in someone elses name. this is weak but can work.
your best bet is to contact an attorney. if you say that the shit is someone elses you need to do two things. first, say you didn't know what it was nor did you think to ask. secondly, don't lie and say it's not yours if you've been running your cycle. they will take blood and check.

hey bro chances are that he will see jail time because he was ALREADY on probation,,have him contact Rick Collins on steroidlaw.com he is a good guy and he knows his shit about gear/law. Mr Spellwin is right you need a lawyer

Hmmmmmmmmmmmm........it sounds like your buddy must have pissed off his probation officer. I was on probation twice before (for gear possession) and my PO never came to my house let alone search it. He must have done "something" to make her wanna go outta her way and do that. ........another question: was it STATE or FEDERAL probation? I think "technically" they can search your place......damn, this one throws me for a loop. Either way, this PO sounds like a real motherf%^ker!!!
