Bubble Injection Method Explaination ?

I know that got discussed in depth a while back, but at the time I wasn't interested in trying it.

This morning I was just noticing how much juice was actually being left in the end of the pin and I'm reconsidering my original view of it.

Can someone write up a simple step by step explaination of how you do the "bubble injection" method?

I just draw about .1cc of air into the syringe then make sure that I am injecting with the needle pointed down such that the bubble rises to the stopper. You dont have to be perpendicular to the ground just need enough of a downward angle to make the bubble rise to the stopper.

Then inject until you see the collar fill with the air bubble. If you have a little extra air in there, or if you can't clearly see through the stopper, you will hear a slight gurgling as air pushes out of the needle tip, stop then.

a little more air doesnt hurt. I put about .3-.4 in there sometimes, just to make sure less of an angle is needed as well.
