There is so much shit that comes with being an Admin. So much stuff on your plate. Right now I have 5 different situations going on. None of them have a clear solution, I just have to make a decsion and stick by it. Some I just have to let simmer in the pot till they are done and I can see what come out... Some people enjoy doing this forum stuff and getting into their personas and the status and stuff... Those are probably the same people who shouldn't be Admins LOL...

LOL you want the guy who is just miserable doing it, but does it because it is his job description and he tries to do his best at his job. At least thats what I think GS had in mind when he told me it is now part of my job to do the community/drama management.

I like posting here and there about stuff that interests me... Beyond that, I hate it. I don't want to know who is fucking who and when, why how... Some of the stuff I'm told about people is embarrasing to the point that I don't even want to hear it...But I have to read the shit anyway if I'm going to get any kind of perspective that can help me formulate a solution...
