Brown Urine

I have had a small case of gyno for the last month or so. So, I started taking 40 mg of nolvadex a day. I have been taking it for the last week now. Today I noticed that my piss looked like a brownish color. Has anyone had this happen to them, or no what this is from? Any replies are appreciated.

Definitely up your water intake - the first time I did clen my urine was brown and stinky - I was stupid and didn't drink enough water. At a minimum drink 1 gallon per day - try to drink two.

Increase your water intake and add potassium to your supplementation

Cranberry extract would also be a good addition.

I had a similar situation many years ago. I didn't drink enough water while on a cycle. It starts with discoloration, and then you will start to get kidney spasms. Plenty of water and cranberry extract worked well for me.

If it last for more than a couple days, you might want to get that checked out. Dark brown urine is a characteristic of a liver disorder such as acute viral hepatitus or cirrohis.
