I think he got sentenced but is free on bail trying to appeal his conviction. It is odd how he is allowed to leave the country though.

bwah hhahah yeah that sounds like cookie!! i remember hearing on CNN and those that he could have faced the max of 16 years but ended up getting 3 years. i just can't remember when he went in. wasn't the last thing he did a infomercial for the total gym?
