I've begun to like cauliflower more raw, because it's less bitter..

they are both gross raw unless they are smothered in ranch dressing...

baked califlower with a bit of butter & breadcrumbs is very good and broccoli sauteed in a little olive oil with orange zest, red pepper flakes, and sliced almonds is awesome as well.

so, to answer your question...it's all about how it's prepared.

It looks like a head of cauliflower, but it is green, but not as dark of a green as broccoli, more like the color of canned peas.

I am not a real big cauliflower fan, so to me, don't care for it.... It looks like a cauli bro, except it is green. Somebody else has to have seen or heard of this shit, I live like 30 minutes outside of Philly...

I am going grocery shopping tonight, if it is in, I will take a pic of it for ya.....haha

Butter McButter is the one, even good on potatoes and eggs. I tried the cheese type but it's not as good.

Broccoli raw seems to have a bitter after taste..
I burp taste it for hours..
Raw Cauli does not..

Yea, the Broc probably has more Anti Ox due to the green color.
I've gotta get some of that brocoliflower or whatever it is..
