I've taken those before, 50mg ED is more than enough. I blew up like the Hulk on them. It was almost unnatural, went from 275 to 310. You don't need to go above 50mgs ED, you can spread it out or take it all at once, that's up to you.
it wasnt almost unnatural....it was unnatural...with the help of steroids..lol, but yea, im loving these things myself...its been 2 weeks and ive gained 5 pounds...and dropped bf...didnt expect that much from winny
