Bro's, I am very familiar with the use of our favorite substances. However, unfamilar with briding. Can the seasoned brothers hook me up with some answers and would you recomend a low dose permenat dose of test (say 150mg maintenance) off cycle? I have posted stats before but im 29, 197lbs, and wanna be a big bad ass lmao. my bf is round 14%. not interested in the cut look at the moment

Using any drug in between cycles will only suppress and delay recovery. SARMS is looking interesting in that regard but I can't help but think it is suppressive to some degree.

There will soon be a supplement from needto that will help maintain gains, refresh receptors and give a little boost like being on a mild cycle. And it's completely non suppressive. It's called, appropriately, "BRIDGE".

It's due to be released in January.

First, 100-200mg Test EW.

10mg AM dbol. Take 10mg dbol upon rising ED. If you run a long (8 weeks) PCT along with this it is possible to recover, you will also avoid the crash. It doesn't work for everyone but some can pull it off.

There are other ways but these two have worked the best for a lot of people I know.
