Bridging

i am interested in peoples opinion on briging between courses, instead of doing a PCT

example 8 week bulking

staying on 250mg Sus per week or test e for 7 weeks

then hitting a summer cutting for 10 weeks

i have never done such a thing, usually i would come off, pct have 4 weeks off rest (8-9 including pct) then start another course. but i find within that time my body feels tired, run down, motivation/training becomes harder.

would you also run HCG 500iu every week or would this be no good?

Many thanks for your help

you don't give enough rest for your body to recover , do the sacred rule:
time on cycle+ time on pct= time off everything
bridging will only aggravate the problem.
In my opinion you could do hcg on pct also, but stop it on the rest period

You're going to get mixed opinions about this; the majority will tell you to take plenty of time off. It all comes down to your experience and how well you know your body.

Being "on" and bridging for a half year might hurt your long term chances of recovery. However, if you are cautious and aware I believe you can do it with success.

I ran a 20 weeker of c.yp, e.q and v.ar, and took H.CG every now and then to keep my nuts in check. When I came off I bridged with 200mg of c.yp EW. I did this for an additional 2 months. I came off the c.yp completely and supplemented with Derma (highly recommended while "on" and bridging btw) and HC.G. I was clean for two months and felt ready for another cycle. Derma can be suppressive so I suggest you run 4 weeks of Derma then 4 weeks of Derma Sustain.

I recommend bridging for 8 weeks:

WK 1-8 Take your SUS
WK 1-4 Derma
WK 5-8 Derma Sustain
WK 1-4 500iu H.CG Twice Weekly
WK 5-8 250iu H.CG Twice Weekly (if needed)

You can repeat the Derma + Derma Sustain + HC.G regime when coming off the summer cutter. Then take time off. Supplement with some form of creatine and arginine product. As always, keep some form of anti-E on hand.

I understand that after the 25 weeks its going to be hard to rebaost natural test levels. but isn't the constant time on gear time off gear also detrimental to result?

cheers for the input guys

I have a buddy that was on for a year,he is a pretty serious competitor in BB,I told him he should stop for at least 8 weeks or more, run a good PCT to clear himself out.He stopped for about 10 weeks,he felt he recovered well, got back on and only 3 weeks in is even more jacked then he was when he got off, though he started with Tren/Test E/d bol combo right off the bat.Not quite my style, but I think the little bit of time off did him some good.

u r basically talking about hrt.

i only run hcg as needed or every couple of months for a few weeks straight during these maintenace doses.
