Bridging is...

Let me just get this in just to make sure I have the right idea. Is bridging when you go on a cycle and then after still take small amounts untill your next cycle? Just wanna make sure cause i have some quistions on another thread. That is what I understand it to be.

It is when you take lower doses of AS to try and keep gains while geting your natural test levels up and runing again. Primo and Anavar are 2 great choices to bridge with. Best of luck!

So then it would'nt be the greatest idea to bridge with cyp, maybe at 200 mg a week? Say in a cycle with sustanon and dianabol.

Even at low doses(200mg/week) Cyp WILL shut down your natural test levels. 20mg/Day of Anavar or 200mg/week of Primo would do great!

there anything else you could take. I realized right after I posted the cyp quistion that you will probably want to stay away from test esters, hehe. Thing is I don't have access to either of those drugs. Is there maybe summing else you could try?

besides anavar and primo...you can bridge with insulin

I am about to bridge with EQ and Winny(and clomid of course),....I was told this was a good bridging cycle, did I get false info?

You got false info. Eq even at 150mg a week will shut down your hpta. Winny will do the same. Primo at 200mg, anavar up to 50mg a day, and insulin are the proper bridging steriods. You can use eq and winny or even test if you dont want to try and get your hpta going again. This wont be a "bridge", but just a continuation of the first cycle. The main purpose for a bridge is to get your natural test production going again and to keep the new muscle until your next heavy cycle.

Remember the reason for cycling. I know some use year round..their choice...but cycling is used to allow the body a chance to learn how to support the gains naturally and allow your body "time-off."

Bridging is not going off...don't fool yourself. Some have used it successfully..their choice. Just don't know too many Dr.s that prescribe one type of anti-biotic for 7 days then have you do another type for 7 more days.

Everything loses its effectiveness over time. This is why people stack and increase their dosages. Which is why I believe in keeping things simple and conservative. Because when it comes time for a gram...you sure as hell don't want to be dropping 2 grams cuz 1 don't do it anymore!

Increased time on...increased dosages = increased risks.

Bridging is not taking time off. But it can be useful.

Just depends on your philosophy on all of this. I know it can be done w/ keeping your health a priority...many have...but if health truly is the main concern...rethink bridging. I know Im in the minority here..but just my thoughts.
