hey guys, I want to know who here bridges between cycles and what is your personal preference of gear and dosages? I'm planning on doing a bridge after this cycle, but don't have any experience with it, andy suggestions will help, thank you and Merry XMas!!!!

The most successful bridge I've done was the E2 Eq Bridge. Just use 300mg/wk of Eq. I think he used 500mg though.

Do you run PCT then start the low dose eq? Wouldn't this just suppress test production and not really give you much gain?

I would think that I short 2 month layoff after a cycle would be more effective then hit it again rather than bridging on just eq? No?

I like test or Eq for longer Bridges. For shorter bridges, I like low dose Dbol.

Although....if coming of heavy oral use, then I prefer to just use Eq or Test. I've only used Eq like once or twice but likes it. Had to start it a few weeks b4 the cycle ended though. I used 300mg/wk like Ulter as well.

how about just run the pct but run igf at 40mcg ed for 50 days...then when your done start your next cycle

The igf works great for me, have gained more weight since end of cycle and balls are full. I'm waiting for a few more months to start next cycle as I'm still making gains with igf/hgh.

You should do some extensive reasearch on insulin, makes a great bridge & allows your natural T to recover.

Taking Dbol,EQ test etc after a cycle is not bridging thats called STAYING ON. I would think you would rather go with IGF, something, anything that does not affect Hypotesticular axis HELLO

I wouldnt suggest this to a novice but personally I and many others do something like 1 month insulin/1 month igf, then back on. But again, I dont think that qualifies as a "bridge" since you are coming off the AS.

It is personal preference, if you want to go off and recover entirely or if you want to compromise and stay on and still try to recover, say with hcg, it depends, there is no right or wrong answer.

I don’t like to go off, but , for some reason I think my nuts like to be brought back to normal on occasion.

No offense to all those who posted their personal opinions on bridging but that was not the topic. There is nothing wrong with bridging. And yes it's like staying on. I don't think anyone is denying that. But so what? The question was what is a good bridge AS and dose. Not, "should I do this or not?"
You are correct there......sorry. But is 300mg P/W really nessassary?

That's going to depend on your size. It was necessary for E2. I have used that dose in the past and was happy with it. I suppose some men could use half that amount.

It doesn't have to be. A lot of guys bridge between two cycles and come off. The most common is the bridge between a bulking and cutting cycle and then come off when you're done.

thanks for the responses guys, I plan on coming off all together about 2 weeks before my surgery in march, and then doing a pct for about 2 months, I know I'll lose a bit due to the fact that i won't be able to workout for about a month after the surgery, but i plan on getting cranked back up as soon as i can do a descent leg workout.
