bridge cycle

on pct from test cyp and anavar, great cycle!
and i know everyone says wait the length of the cycle plus pct. but i alos here guys like 820 they stay on test year long. i want to do a litlle something to bridge. i will be cutting calaories to drop a little bf and bloat, but dont want to loose gains. what are your guys thoughts on a nice "safe" brdige cycle
 
test year round is hrt, if you dont need it why take it??
no such thing as a bridge other than the big fucker over the harbor

so would you suggest just staying off for 12 weeks? i want to alteast do a small 6 weeker oafter a drop to about 10% bf
 
agree totally with xrsist... if you don't legitimately need HRT, then don't bridge... do your body a huge favor and give it the rest it needs. Why mess up your natural levels now and regret later?

Take creatine, amino's, keep calories clean, get rest... after full PCT recovery, you can look into something like Dermacrine... that's the safest "bridge" you can try.

that was a personal decision and not meant to be taken lightly. this means hrt the rest of your life and comes with consequences u must fully research.

there is no need to even consider it unless u r in your 30's at a minimum. how old r u?

blood tests to determine whether or not you have recovered from the previous cycle
at a minimum, time on + pct = time off
while off run creatine and a good pre wo out supp such as amp02
 
i am 35 be 36 in june. it was my first cycle in some time. i plan on starting hgh in august, getting married in jan, so i figure lean up and look healthy for a few months. but i want another little boost, my dosses were low this cycle so thought 4 weeks after pct a 6 week winny and test cyp cycle maybe 100mg of cycp and 50 ed of winny, for that extra bit for summer.

Yep.

There are things you can use to facsimilate the advantages of gear -- BIG BLAST, UNLEASHED Dermacrine, VIGOR, Amp 02, ZIP -- sure it adds up, but that's the bodybuilding lifestyle. IF you want to keep your gains and you want a normally functioning HPTA, that's what you do.

Whoever the moron was who came up with bridging (wait a minute, I know the moron -- Bill Roberts) should be kicked in the nuts for the steroid world's most stupid idea of all time.

Do not bridge. When you're off, stay off. And stay off when your supposed to. When your on, be on and don't mis a dose. Bridging is stupid. Your just ran Cyp and var? I assume you got some really nice gains from that. You don't need to bridge for the extra edge, you just did a cycle for that reason. Wiat it out and go again. In the world of bodybuilding, you have plenty o time to make gains, basically your whole life. Don't rush it by trying to bridge a cycle, and screw up your internal motors.
